1. Introduction

Welcome to StayForVisas. By submitting an application through our UK ETA application form, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to protect both you and us by clearly outlining the scope of our services and your responsibilities.

2. Service Description

StayForVisas is an independent third-party service provider. We are not affiliated with the UK government or any immigration authority. Our role is to assist you in preparing and submitting your UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) application, including:

  • Reviewing your information for accuracy and completeness

  • Assisting with document uploads

  • Providing customer support throughout the process

  • Liaising with you regarding missing or incorrect information

3. Fees

A non-refundable service fee of £99 is charged for each ETA application setup. This fee covers administrative and support services and is separate from any government fees (if applicable). Payment is required before processing begins.

4. Eligibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for a UK ETA. StayForVisas will not be liable for any denial of travel authorization due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the applicant.

5. Document Uploads

Applicants may be required to upload supporting documents such as a scanned passport. All uploaded documents must be clear, accurate, and in an accepted file format (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.). Misleading or falsified documents may result in the rejection of your application.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. StayForVisas cannot be held responsible for delays or rejections caused by errors or omissions in your application.

7. Processing Times

While we aim to process applications promptly, StayForVisas does not guarantee approval timelines. Final decisions and processing durations are determined by UK immigration authorities.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital support and processing services, the service fee is non-refundable once an application has been submitted. However, if you experience a genuine issue, please contact our team and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

All data provided by applicants is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information to third parties except where legally required or as part of service delivery.
